Shipping and Returns
Shipping policy -
Orders ship via USPS. Delivery Confirmation is included with all domestic packages (ie, within the US).
Most items ship within 5 business days of ordering, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
If for some reason we don't have your size/color you will be contacted with an expected ship time or refund.
In the case of a damaged or lost package you will either receive a refund if the item is no longer in stock, or a replacement if I have stock available. Please contact us immediately if either occurs to get the process started.
For international shipping, superorange is NOT responsible for any duty/customs fees/local taxes.
There is NO expedited option currently.
For all international orders: Packages can take anywhere from 6 days to 60 days to arrive. Please be aware that once a package leaves the US we can not track it, nor are we responsible for any hold ups in your country's customs office. Each order is provided a USPS Customs Declaration number that can be used to located a missing package within your Customs service in *some* cases.
Return Policy -
In order for a refund to occur the garment must be in like new condition with tag attached. Try it on, stand if front of a mirror. If you don't like it or need a sizing change, please let us know, in most cases we will just swap you a different size (if there is available stock). Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Return must be shipped with delivery confirmation tracking! Refund will occur when package is received.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to wear and tear. Once it is washed it is yours!
If the item is defective in workmanship a refund or replacement will be offered. Please read the care page before contacting us about defects.
Returns are accepted for 7 days after you receive the item(s). All US orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. The 7 days starts on the day of delivery. Returns are only on items that are like new/unwashed and are NOT FINAL SALE. Return shipping is at buyers expense.
**We will accept returns/exchanges on international shipments, please be aware that shipping times and costs are high, so PLEASE read the policies and sizing BEFORE ordering to minimize the chance of having to do a return/exchange. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.**
Payment is accepted through Paypal (which excepts just about every form of tender imaginable). Once you checkout you will be taken to a paypal page to finish your order.
If you pay via e-check / bank transfer, your order WILL NOT ship until the transfer has cleared. If you pay for a pre-order via bank transfer, your spot WILL NOT be held and you will be issued a refund. E-checks / bank transfers can take up to 10 business days to clear.
